Salon Policies

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment

When re-scheduling or cancelling appointments, we require 24 hours notice as our therapists are especially scheduled for you.

Should you arrive late for your appointment, the therapist will attempt to provide as much of the treatment as possible in the time remaining. She will, however, not overrun the allotted time out of respect for her next client. Full price of treatment applies.

The order of treatments specified may change at the discretion of the therapist. Treatment times are guidelines only.
